Web check-in with Austrian
From now on you can check in directly from home or office, select your seat, travel straight to the airport with your printed boarding pass and use it to go directly to the departure gate. Alternatively, you might enjoy a relaxed coffee in one of our lounges.
You can print your boarding pass for flights with the following departure airports:
Austria: Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg, Wien.Germany: Berlin Tegel, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, München, Nuernberg and Stuttgart.
Other international airports: Altenrhein, Amsterdam, Athens, Ankara, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Istanbul, Cracow, Iasi, Kharkiv, Kosice, L´viv, New York (JFK), Nice, Bucharest, Thessaloniki, Venice, Riga, Vilnius and Warsaw.
Free baggage allowance
In general following terms are valid for all scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines Group (except flights to/from the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico):
Passenger category adults:
- Economy-Class 20kg/44lbs
- Business-Class 30kg/66lbs
Children up to the age of
2 years: economy or business - 10kg/22lbs
* + 1 small sports equipment (up to 15 kg and 1,40 m length) or 1 golf bag
Please observe that a single piece of luggage can only be accepted up to a maximum weight of 32kg/70lbs and a maximum dimension of 203cm/80in (sum of three dimensions). In case your luggage exceeds these limits please contact your booking office or Austrian Airlines CallCenter under +43 (0)5 1766 1000.For scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines Group to/from the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada and Mexico the following free baggage allowance applies:
Passenger category adults:

- Business-Class - 2 pieces max. 32kg/70lbs each
Children up to the age
